Laboratories is a vendor independent testing organization offering its
facilities and expertise to both vendors and end users for private
testing commissions.

The
laboratories are furnished with the latest in network and test
equipment. Whatever LAN or WAN infrastructure is required to perform the
tests, it can be simulated accurately. Facilities are available to test
single products, or perform full competitive analyses, and the permanent
network test-bed provides enough network traffic to stress-test any
network device, together with the ability to guarantee consistent
results test after test.
Industry-standard
benchmarks are used wherever possible, supplemented by "real
life" benchmarks developed in-house and unique to
Broadband-Testing. The focus of Broadband-Testing labs is in proving how
devices function in today's live networks.

we can provide the usual "packets per second" figures where
necessary, we enhance that approach by providing your users and
customers with the sort of figures they will find really useful:

many users can I support on that device?

I run a database and mail server on that machine, or will I need
two?

All test results are
analysed and explained fully, and a final report can be provided in
almost any electronic or paper format required. All projects are carried
out in whatever level of confidentiality is required and
Broadband-Testing is completely vendor independent.
